Service Scope
LH Homes provides a residential access platform for enquiries, property discovery, short-stay requests, corporate housing briefs, partner submissions and related manual support. We may source, verify, review or introduce residential options, but availability and final terms are confirmed separately.
No Automatic Booking or Sale Confirmation
Submitting a form, saving a property, sending an enquiry or requesting a booking does not create a confirmed booking, tenancy, sale, reservation, agency agreement or payment obligation. LH Homes or an authorized representative must confirm next steps in writing.
Property Information
Property details, images, pricing, availability, amenities and descriptions are provided for review and may change. LH Homes works to keep information useful and accurate, but final details should be verified before any commitment is made.
User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, use the website lawfully, avoid submitting misleading requests, respect privacy and confidentiality, and refrain from interfering with the security or operation of the platform.
Partner and Owner Submissions
If you submit a property or partner request, you confirm that you own the property or have authority to submit it for review. LH Homes may approve, reject, request more information, archive or convert submissions into draft property records at its discretion.
Payments and Third Parties
Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, payments, deposits, service fees, property owner obligations and third-party services are handled outside the public website workflow and must be confirmed through approved LH Homes channels.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LH Homes is not liable for indirect losses, unavailable properties, third-party actions, inaccurate third-party information, network issues or decisions made without final written confirmation from LH Homes.
Privacy
Use of the platform is also governed by the LH Homes Privacy Policy, which explains how submitted information may be collected, used, protected and retained.
Changes
LH Homes may update these terms as the platform, services and operational workflows evolve. The latest version published on this website will apply from its effective date.
